We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re more than happy to assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-sized or personalized products

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Please reach out to us at support@goldensilkstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will make it right by arranging a replacement or issuing a full refund, at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, kindly email our customer care team at support@goldensilkstudio.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake.
