All orders are processed within 7 business days after the order is placed. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page.
2. Shipping Information
We offer international shipping to most locations.
- Delivery Time: 7–14 business days after processing
- Shipping Fee: Flat rate of 20 USD (26 SGD) for all destinations
- Free Shipping: Orders above 299 USD (384 SGD) qualify for free international shipping/
Please note that customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
